Light Cleaning
For panels with mild dust or occasional debris.

• 1–15 panels: $180

• 16–25 panels: $230

• 26–35 panels: $280

• 36+ panels: Starting at $300, plus $7 per additional panel

Light Cleaning Plan (2x/year)

• $330/year for up to 15 panels

• $5 per panel per visit after 15

Heavy Cleaning
For panels with bird droppings, stuck-on grime, or buildup from long gaps between cleanings.

• 1–15 panels: $225

• 16–25 panels: $280

• 26–35 panels: $330

• 36+ panels: Starting at $350, plus $9 per additional panel

Heavy Cleaning Plan (2x/year)

• $400/year for up to 15 panels

• $7 per panel per visit after 15

Every job is done safely, efficiently, and with tools made for solar. We work with care to protect your roof and system while restoring your panels to full exposure.

We offer professional, streak-free window washing for homes and storefronts. Every window is cleaned by hand — no water-fed poles — so you get clear, detailed results every time.

Residential Window Cleaning

• 1-story homes: $10 per pane

• 2-story homes: $12 per pane

• Includes exterior window cleaning by hand, frame and sill wipe-down, and detailed edge work

• Custom quotes available for large or complex homes

• Minimum service fee: $100 (can be combined with solar cleaning)

Commercial Window Cleaning

• Exterior only: $3.50 per pane

• Interior + exterior: $5.00 per pane

• Great for storefronts, offices, salons, and small business locations

• Flexible scheduling available (early mornings, off-hours, or weekends)

• Minimum service fee: $100

Recurring cleaning contracts available for homes and businesses that want regular service.
