Thanks for choosing Juniper Solar Cleaning Co. We're excited to help your home or business shine. To ensure a smooth and safe experience, please review the information below before your scheduled appointment:

Access and Setup

Please make sure we can safely reach all areas scheduled for cleaning.

• Unlock any gates, side yards, or rooftop access points.

• Move any patio furniture, vehicles, or other obstructions near solar panels or windows.

• If your panels are on the roof, let us know in advance about steep pitches or fragile materials.

• Keep all pets secured indoors. Even friendly pets can get startled by ladders, hoses, or unfamiliar sounds. This helps protect both your animals and our crew.

Water Access

We require access to a working outdoor water spigot for both solar panel and window cleaning services.
Please ensure it’s turned on and accessible before we arrive.

Payment and Scheduling

Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise discussed.

• If you’ve already paid online, you’re all set.

• If you’re paying in person, please have payment ready at the time of service.

• To cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

After the Visit

• Solar cleanings include before and after photos (free for recurring plan customers).

• If you’ve signed up for a maintenance plan, we’ll send you reminders before your next visit.
