💧 We’ll Need Access to Water

Please make sure we can hook into an outdoor water spigot.
If one isn’t available, let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.

🐾 Keep Pets Safe & Comfortable

We love animals—but new people and hoses can be stressful. Please keep pets inside or secure during your service window.

🧽 Clear the Work Area

If possible, move items like patio furniture, toys, or planters away from windows or panels.
We’ll always work around what we can, but clear access helps us finish faster and safer.

🚪 Leave Gates Unlocked

If we’re working on windows or panels around your property, please unlock any gates so we can reach everything safely.

📸 Expect a Quick Walkthrough

Before we start, we’ll do a quick walkthrough if you're home, or we’ll snap photos before and after if you’re not. You’ll always know what was done and how everything turned out.

🕐 Timing & Arrival

We’ll confirm your appointment in advance and give you a heads-up when we’re on the way. Most jobs are done within 60–90 minutes, depending on scope.
